This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If our Terms & Conditions conflict with this Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
Personal information we collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, account credentials, preferences, and settings.
- Order and payment information: products viewed or placed in a cart, purchase and transaction details, and payment confirmation. Payment card information is processed by our payment providers; we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers unless required to provide the Services.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact customer support, submit a request, enter a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, network connection, cookie or similar-technology identifiers, and information about how you use and navigate the Services.
Sources of personal information
We may collect personal information directly from you; automatically through your use of the Services and cookies or similar technologies; from Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment and shipping partners, and other service providers acting on our behalf; and from third parties where you direct them to share information with us or where permitted by law.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services; process payments and orders; arrange shipping, returns, and customer support; communicate about orders, accounts, or service changes; send marketing communications where permitted by law; prevent fraud and protect the security of the Services; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may also use personal information to measure and improve our marketing and to show advertising that is more relevant to you, subject to your choices and applicable law.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to Shopify and to service providers that help us operate the Services, such as payment processors, technology providers, analytics providers, customer-support providers, fulfillment and shipping partners, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when you direct or consent to the disclosure; in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or insolvency proceeding; or when required or appropriate to comply with law, enforce our policies, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud or unlawful activity.
Advertising, data sharing, and your opt-out choices
We and our marketing, advertising, analytics, and technology partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect device, usage, and online-activity information. Where these technologies are used to measure advertising or show advertising based on activity across different businesses, websites, or services, the disclosure or use of that information may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. privacy laws, even if no money changes hands.
Where applicable, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of processing for targeted advertising by visiting our Data Sharing Opt-Out page. You may also use a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, where recognized by our privacy tools and applicable law. An opt-out may apply only to the browser and device from which it is submitted. You may need to repeat your choice if you use another browser or device or clear your cookies.
Marketing communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise agree to receive marketing communications, we may use your email address and preferences to send you product news, offers, and brand communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email. We may still send non-marketing messages, including messages about an order, account, or transaction.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for functions that are necessary to operate the Services and, where enabled, for preferences, analytics, and advertising. For further information and available choices, see the Cookies section below. Where required by law, we seek consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to help provide and improve the Services, including checkout and store functionality. If we use Shopify Network Intelligence or other Shopify enhanced features, Shopify may use information about your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide those features, including personalized advertising. In those circumstances, Shopify may be responsible for processing personal information for those purposes and for responding to related privacy requests. For more information, please review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.
