Shipping Availability

To comply with laws and regulations governing the shipment of alcohol, shipping to certain states and ZIP codes may be restricted. Currently, shipping is available to the following states and territories:

  • Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Availability may also depend on the recipient’s ZIP code, the licensed retailer fulfilling the order, and applicable local laws. An order may be declined or cancelled if delivery to the specified address is not legally permitted.

Shipping Policy

We partner with trusted licensed retailers within the AlcPay network to fulfill orders quickly and reliably. Once an order is placed, it is processed and shipped from one of these partner locations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or circumstances outside the retailer’s control. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early.

Shipping Time

Shipping times depend on the delivery location, carrier, and retailer fulfilling the order. Most orders arrive within 2–15 business days after processing. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other periods of increased demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information.

Adult Signature Required

Alcohol shipments require an adult who is at least 21 years old to be present and provide valid government-issued photo identification when the package is delivered.

Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended or delivered without the required adult signature.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • The recipient must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery.
  • Delivery availability is subject to state, local, ZIP-code, retailer, and carrier restrictions.
  • Orders may be cancelled if they cannot legally be delivered to the submitted address.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package may be returned to the retailer’s facility. Additional fees may apply for reshipment or a refund. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
